Meet David Milazzo
David Milazzo is Milazzo Inspection Services. A native San Franciscan, he is a licensed General Building Contractor with 30 plus years of building, remodeling, and inspection experience.
David has performed over 5,000 inspections – there is no substitute for that kind of experience.
David keeps up to date with seminars and conferences provided by the California Real Estate Inspection Association (CREIA) and American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI). His inspections adhere to CREIA and ASHI Standards of Practice.
David takes pride in providing the most thorough and comprehensible inspections, with great attention to detail, customizing the report to his clients’ needs and to considerations unique to the property.
